Tracey Lawrence, MS
Tracey is a designer who came from the print industry. She has been a consultant to small businesses, helping them to establish effective corporate identity, branding and marketing strategies. An award-winning instructor of note in New York, Tracey has taught graphic arts, designed curricula at the college level and has also taught many professionals in the field.
In May 2007, Tracey earned her Master of Science in Digital Imaging and Design from New York University and has migrated her print skills to video and motion graphics.
Tracey met Nancy Smith after moving to Ringwood, NJ in 2002. Their common interests in community, spirituality and yoga led them to join forces with Nancy's teacher, Shekhar Annambhotla, to promote education in ayurvedic practices. Identifying a niche that needed to be filled, in August 2007, AyurVideo Productions LLC was born.
"The Weekend Cleanse Kit" is currently in production and is for sale here. This product represents the culmination of Tracey's design, marketing, educational and video experience, providing the world with the first complete in-home Ayurvedic cleansing program. This kit includes a step-by-step DVD with all the spice and oil formulations (from Dosha Botanicals, of course!) necessary for the cleanse. Any other materials required are readily-available foods.
